NextGen was contacted to help a client encapsulate their crawlspace foundation to help keep water away. The client also had a rather large cistern that required backfilling prior to encapsulating the crawlspace.
Solutions Provided:
NextGen backfilled the cistern, installed dimple shield and then encapsulated the crawlspace area and installed a dehumidifier with condensate pump to resolve the water issues.
