NextGen was contacted by a client who had attempted to lower levels of radon in her home. NextGen was the 3rd company she has contacted as the previous efforts were not met with success. With long term testing, the radon levels were measuring at 12.5pCi/L even with a mitigation system installed and running.
Solutions Provided:
NextGen performed diagnostics that helped determine the proper radon fan to use and how to install a system that would be able to reach all areas of underneath the homes foundation, in addition we were able to tie the system into the homeowners existing sump pump. Radon levels dropped to 1.1pCi/L after NextGen's work.
